Lamb
Most of our lamb comes from Ensors in the Forest of Dean where it is graded from free range stock.
In the spring we cut lamb fresh as it comes in the rest of the year it is hung for a week to tenderise and mature the flavour. Older lambs are known as Hoggetts.
We sell lambs in joints or whole/halves for the freezer prices vary with the season.
